Facilities Description

CANEUS BIOASTRONAUTICS will focus on the development of the MEMS aspects of the proposed SOC, while contracting with TSMC for the CMOS fabrication runs. Therefore, suitable design, fabrication, and assembly facilities will be developed for producing the system-level prototypes. Testing and demonstration will most likely be carried out on-site at the customer’s facilities.
