Product Development Description
The objective is to gather all the characterization results in order to build a continuously improved database on material dedicated to MEMS. The collaboration of academic and industrial teams and the network of excellence already working on MNT reliability will allow this to occur. These parties will work on specific wear-out laws, using their skills, background and the previous database to adjust their results.
- Design software companies that can include the previous law as a tool for DFR inside a high level description language.
- MNT testing companies that can test the final product and check any discrepancy between expected reliability of the product and test results.
MNT reliability teams should define the reliability tests themselves; MNT manufacturers, MNT end-users and MNT testing companies should also communicate and work collaboratively.
