CANEUS 2006 Conference Program finalized

The final CANEUS 2006 Conference Program is now being prepared for printing and electronic distribution. A product of intense cooperation between conference participants and coordinators, the program reflects CANEUS' diverse membership and the wide range of experts who will be contributing to this unique forum. The CANEUS 2006 Conference Program gives the conference overview and outlines all of the activities and events that will take place during this exciting week from August 27 th – September 1 st , 2006.

Take a swing at the CANEUS Cup, our biennial Golf Party!

Experience the beautiful French countryside while enjoying a round of golf at the biennial CANEUS Cup golf tournament! In the tradition of previous CANEUS Conferences, the Local Organization Committee has planed a golf event on Saturday August 26th. This Golf party will take place at the Golf Toulouse La Ramée. We are pleased to announce that for late arrivals, the Local CANEUS 2006 Organization Committee will offer additional Golf Parties on the Sunday 27 th of August at the Golf Toulouse Téoula and in the afternoon of the Thursday 31 st of August at the Golf Toulouse Palmola, for participants not attending the industrial visits. Visits organized to Aerospace Industry hotbeds

A number of technical visits to aerospace industry centers have been scheduled for CANEUS 2006 Conference participants. These will provide attendees with the unique opportunity to discover the cutting-edge technical work taking place in Toulouse, and its influence on the international aerospace community. These visits are for a limited number of participants on a first come, first served basis and may require special agreement of the Ministère de la Défense for visitors from non-EU-25 countries. Five different companies have kindly offered guided tours of their facilities: Alcatel Alenia Space, Airbus, Astrium, CNES and LAAS-CNRS. Register now for the CANEUS 2006 Conference

As CANEUS 2006 approaches, it is essential that all participants be registered. If you have not already done so, registration can be completed on the ASME Conferences website at http://www.asmeconferences.org/CANEUS06/ConfRegistration.cfm . If you prefer, you can also register by telephone, mail, or fax.

Registering in advance saves conference attendees considerable time. Full-paid registration includes access to all functions (i.e., conference, workshop, or conference/workshop, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, CANEUS membership, and conference proceedings).
