| In 7 parallel sessions, each Process Workshop Coordinator will assemble a panel of experts to discuss the proposed technology in the context of end-user requirements, proposed teaming relationships and corresponding core competencies, and the intellectual property portfolio. A roadmap to ultimate system-level product will be developed. |

| In 7 parallel sessions, each Process Workshop Coordinator will assemble a panel of experts to discuss the financial and management aspects of the proposed consortium. Among the topics of discussion are the proposed management team and their core competencies, revenue model and a 3-year projection of profit and loss, and a list of potential competitors and the barrier to entry by the competition. Speculation on the “exit strategy” for the consortium is also welcome. |

| Session 6: “ Project Implementation Plan ” |
| In 7 parallel sessions, each Process Workshop Coordinator will assemble a panel of experts to discuss the detailed roadmap to product development for the proposed MNT concept. Among the topics of discussion are the key milestones to be achieved for a 3-year product development schedule. Detailed aspects of the design, fabrication, assembly and testing of the product, and the required infrastructure should be covered. Also to be identified are potential technical/management pitfalls that could impact the overall budget and schedule. |

| In this common session, each Process Workshop Coordinators will preset the salient aspects of his or her business plan and any key issues that remain to be addressed. The Coordinators will speculate on the near term and far term activities required for creating a viable company for product development. |
