CANEUS Inc. currently has CANEUS USA Inc., CANEUS Europe Inc., and CANEUS Asia Inc. as affiliate organizations.
- The Chair and Treasurer of CANEUS Inc. are ex officio members of CANEUS USA, CANEUS Europe and CANEUS Asia Inc. Board of Directors
- CANEUS Intl operates on a consensus basis with a fall back to majority vote in the absence of consensus
- Project review committees, the Intellectual Property Review Group, and the Technical Steering Committee report to CANEUS Inc
The Board of Directors includes two members from EU and US CANEUS affiliates, one Japanese member and three members from Canada
Board of Director Responsibilities
- Sets over all CANEUS policies including IP regimen
- Serves as last resort dispute resolution mechanism
- Responsible for all proposal calls
- Sets technical and business Priorities for CANEUS
- Responsible for Business Plan Development Process
- Responsible for CANEUS fund raising
- Supervises Conference Planning and Preparation
- Reviews and Approves all commercial exploitation agreements for CANEUS – developed Products and Services
