Once all Concept Papers are completed, CANEUS Board Members will be able to assess the final drafts to evaluate the best alternatives for CANEUS. CANEUS will then proceed with official presentations at the CANEUS Process Workshops.

The Concept Papers will target a 90-day creation period. Key milestones include:

  1. Identification of Prototypes:  An interim meeting will take place within 45 days of the start to allow the advisory teams to discuss the best-suited prototype candidates for further investigation.
  2. Characterization of Prototypes:  A final group discussion will take place at the end of the project and discuss the draft final results prior to the completion of the concept paper.
  3. Presentation at Workshop:  Portions of the final report will be used during the workshop based on the discretion of the coordinators and advisors.
  4. Inputs: Coordinators and advisors will have access to interim results, interview notes and other pertinent material for their topics. Coordinators and selected advisors will be interviewed during the creation of the concept papers.

Schedule: Key activities are provided below subject to the actual start dates and the availability of key personnel.
